From first point of contact, to handover, we cannot fault the service offered. Tim (our salesman) patiently responded to all our queries, and anything he didn't know he would refer to Rob, anything Rob doesn't know about motorhomes isn't worth knowing :).
Part exchange value offered over the phone for our caravan was honoured without quibble, making the process even more seamless.
Finally we met Stephen for our handover, he was very thorough and re-assured us we could contact him should we forget anything.
All round well deserved 5 Stars.
Having traded for a newer and different model about 4 months ago, we cannot fault the workshop team for their after sales service. We have had a few minor issues with the new purchase, but Dave, Nathan and the worship team have promptly and positively responded to any of our emails and calls and resolved everything we have raised so far. Unfortunately the front decor panel blew off the front of the Swift on the way to Fullers for a planned visit, but they sourced a replacement and fitted it within 2 days, working with us so that we could sleep in the motorhome overnight at a nearby pub. Excellent after-sales service, thank you.

Thanks to Steve and Doug for helping us make the selling our motorhome proceed with ease. It was particularly helpful for us that Doug was able to come to us to check it out. All safety checks of the motorhome, ratification of our ownership and its service history were carried out at our house. The final transfer of money from them to us was quick and easy with the transfer of documentation completed and now finalised. Although it was sad seeing our motorhome be driven off, we hope the new owners will have wonderful adventures with it as we embark on a different way of holidaying. Visited June 2025 and found a motorhome we wanted to buy. Rob was friendly and helpful. Very professional and not a pushy salesman. Other people we dealt with on phone were also great. On collection, everything went smoothly. The motorhome had been serviced, hadxa habitation check and spotlessly clean. Our handover was a thorough, friendly and informative experience. Buy with confidence
We bought our motorhome from Fullers in February this year. Rob was our salesman, he made us feel at home and very welcome.
This is our first motorhome so we were not too familiar with the ins and outs of motor-homing.
We had done a bit of homework online so did have some idea of the layout we required. Rob showed us a couple that seemed to fit the bill. He was very knowledgeable and exerted no pressure whatsoever. We decided on the one for us and paid our deposit there and then.
An added bonus was it was fully serviced and new items fitted where needed or looked a bit worn. There was also the comfort of full service, habitation check and a no quibble 12 month warranty.
Communication from ordering to pick up was excellent. We were kept up to date and a pick up date was agreed to fit in with our schedule.
Handover was excellent. We were shown everything from lighting the cooker to using the control panel in detail. We came away confident in our ability to be able to survive our first trip out.
I would like to emphasise this was a used motorhome and we expected to have some teething problems. I have resolved a few very minor things myself within reason, which I personally didn’t think were worth hassling Fullers about. We did have a couple of problems early on that needed to be fixed by them though. It took one phone call and all was resolved straight away.
10 months down the line we had a problem with our solar panel and tyre pressure monitoring system. Again one phone call and it was booked in and repaired with no hesitation.
I can’t fault the service we have received from Fullers. My thanks go to Rob (sales and aftercare) and David (maintenance engineer) who went above and beyond. Also my thanks go to everyone behind the scenes.
